...and it's at North 4th Bar!  But wait, has ANYONE been there or know what the deal is?! From the outside, it looks like some kind of hookah den/performance space, and it proudly advertises "New Pool Table", but it never seems to be open. Oh well, San Loco is right next door, and The Levee is right up the street--much more reliable choices.  There's no time to waste!
