If you're ever in the mood to hang out with the beautiful people and smart set in the big city of dreams, try hitting up the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel. It's all very sexy and hip, but the sexiest part is the antique snooker table. Free to all willing to pay $20 for a cocktail and everything that goes along with it. I'm guessing weekend nights are out of the question, but happy hour seems like they'd be manageable.
